Stream & Business Unit Analytics

To create a new stream or stream condition, click the plus icon on the parent box you want to flow from.

Once created you will see streams populate by the grouping you selected, or the filtering condition. Streams will always create an other stream box that will house any spend that doesnt fit the splitting condition. You can filter further from any box you'd like, and keep respiting/filtering.

Stream Analytics

Each stream & business unit will auto-populate a variety of analytics with no user input, once the stream logic is created.

You can view your analytics per stream by clicking the bottom left box in the stream(analytics button).

Analytics included:

• r6 months spend trends

• Stream variability score (0-10)

• Filters applied to stream

• Anomalies

• Daily costs by service (30, 60, 90 day view toggle)

• Alerts. Customize spend threshold alerts by total spend, and attach emails/users to the alerts.

Assigning Streams to Business Units

All streams can be assigned to business units at the stream box. If you click BUs' you will see a list of available BUs you can assign that streams costs to.

Important: Once a stream is tied to a BU, you cannot assign substreams to BUs. You can continue to filter, but any downstream BU assignment will be turned off. This is to prevent overlap or double showback/chargeback.

Setting Alert Thresholds

You can change, add or edit alerting spend thresholds in the analytics. Hit the analytics icon & move to the alerts tab.
