Service Cancellation

Learn how to cancel North's service, and where to find the terms that apply to a cancellation.

You can cancel North's service at any time. The Savings Plans and Reserved Instances that North manages for you can be disconnected from your billing organization and transitioned to another North customer.

The notice periods and handoff terms for a cancellation or a reduction are set out in North's Master Services Agreement (MSA).
